Hey I'm Dan,
These pages are usually super bland. I'm probably meant to say I like dogs and coffee (which I do) but I like to think I'm just a normal human that really loves to train. Which helps when you like food as much as I do!
Fortunately I've gathered the skills required to understand how to manipulate both training and nutrition to get a desired outcome. It's really fun to feel confident eating whatever you like and it's also really fun to feel great and feel like you look great- I can help you find that place.
