My 1:1 personal training services are designed to help you achieve your strength and fitness goals through tailored training sessions that are customised to your needs. Strength is the foundational pillar of my training sessions and my private small studio facility provides an incredibly supportive environment that allows you to focus on your goals without distractions. Personal training can also be paired with online coaching to ensure you are working towards your goals away from the gym. All sessions take place at my studio in Market Harborough, Leics.
